Kreisbüro überalles

This expression was invented by a friend of mine who lived here in Zürich for a while and then went back to his home country. That didn't stop the famous kreisbüro from "harassing" him. They found him in his new place. Not that he did something wrong, it was probably just him forgetting to "de-register" when he left. But trust ze Swiss to invest effort into finding him. Just to get him to sign a piece of paper "I left Switzerland. I promise.". Kreisbüro überalles. How very Swiss!
