Orange customer service

All of a sudden today my internet connection broke. There are few things in life that make me so irritated and impatient. After restarting the livebox and the computer a couple of times I phoned. They have a free number where you after pressing 1, 2, 3 or 4 several times end up in a loop. All they do is referring to a webpage (which is friggin difficult to connect to when your internet DOESN'T WORK!!). Caved in and phoned the pay number. Got placed on hold for 10 minutes! Then I was informed that there was a problem (no shit!) and that they were working on it. Formulated a letter which I was gonna send over their website, which also until now doesn't work ("We cannot retrieve this information at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will make this service available again as soon as possible."). No way will I be paying for a phone call to report a failing internet connection, when I pay more than 50 francs a month for it to work! Of course the helpline guy couldn't deal with that particular problem, so I've gotta take of my precious time to send the letter. Story to be continued for sure.
