Nonsense

22.11.2007 21:03 As far as I know Spain has adopted the non-smoking policy in restaurants and bars. Lucky for me it seems like this message hasn’t filtered through to the owners of these establishments. Here they happily ignore this nonsense-rule and smoke on. Barcelona rocks!

Ah, so I have to move to Spain.

It's really hard here in DE with the non-smoking law. And stupidly each "federal state" can choose how they implement this law.

E.g.: 5km from where I live is a federal state border. This state has a big carnival tradition. And to avoid that the events of the campaign won’t be visited as usual the state allows to smoke until the end of the carnival season.

The way how the non-smoking law is “sold” to us is a farce…..We have other problems in Germany, the government is taking us for a fool and the obedient Germans stick to it.
