Pavlovian conditioning

Today I learned about Pavlovian conditioning. I was told by a Swiss man that men and rats are good at that. It means that you learn to associate something with another thing. Like when Pavlov blew a whistle at the same time he was feeding his dog, and eventually the dog learned that when he heard the whistle it was time to eat.
