Silly me
So after being upset that the internet connection went down (for at least one hour!) I wrote an email to Orange stating the fact that I will not accept a bill for reporting a problem. After a few days I got this answer:
"Dear Madam,
Thank you for your email. I understand your frustration. Please be informed, that I have credited your account with CHF 4 for this charged service.
Thanks for your understanding and I wish you a nice and sunny day."
So now I'm feeling really silly about being upset over 4 francs! And it was a nice answer (apart from that I hate when they "Madam" me!). Think I'll stay with Orange for a while.

Haha, indeed. 3.95 + 5.95. I could claim Orange "gave" me a top. Only it was not orange...
