Went to my fav butcher shop to buy chicken wings and ham, but came home with a wee bit more including a whole duck!
This is gonna be interesting to grill. I love duck, but have never prepared it myself. Watch this space.

Oo, you'll have to tell us how it worked out and if good then how you did it - we are getting some whole ducks given to us (well, not me obviously but U)on the weekend but no idea what to do with them
Mine is frozen, but will let you know when I get so far as to actually prepare it.
