In the course of the evening we talked about death. I know, not a very sexy subject, but since our uncle is getting buried next week, it was inevitable.
And skyping with the other cousin we learned of a story.
His mother-in-law had died, and they were bringing the ashes back to Ireland, where her roots were. Only the airport security stopped them, since the urn was made out of a material that wasn't allowed.
My cousin ended up in the airport toilet pouring the ashes of his mother-in-law from the urn to a paper bag.
Is it only me who thinks the US has gotten a tad too far after 9/11?
