Chicken, hot&spicy

I have learned to like to cook, but it's not always I can be arsed to do it for myself. Today I found a "Chicken, hot&spicy" noodle dish on sale. Yes, I know, I love the word "Aktion". Two portions for a measly 2.90 francs. A bargain. And I especially liked that it said "without preservatives".

When I was preparing it, I noticed a lack of chicken, so got interested in reading about the ingredients. Turns out it contained 1% "chicken meat", as well as:

81% Asian noodles (white flour, egg, salt and stabilizer) "aroma" (spices?), yeast extract, sugar, 1,5% peperoni, garlic, maltodextrin (whatever that is), 1,5% black fungus, ginger, the 1% "chicken-meat", onion, glucose sirup, tomato powder, pepper, vegetable fat, 0.5% spinache, cayenne pepper, 5-different-spices-mix, onion something-something, anti-oxidation-whatever. Where the other 14,5% comes from, I have no clue.

But at least it was without preservatives! And funnily enough it didn't taste that bad. Mind you, not good either, but still. I could do better. Mental note to self: shape up, and get cooking with proper fresh food!

ha ha, I'm surprised there was any chicken at all in that.
2.90 is a total ripoff

Could've been worse, I could have paid full price, 4.90.
