Yesterday I bought a set of four plastic boxes at Coop, those that you use for storing and/or freezing food. When I got home I realized that one was broken, and so brought it back today to Coop to replace it.
First I got told that I had to bring the other three, since it was a set, and then get a new one. Well, I had used the other three, so that wasn't an option, unless they wanted used boxes back.
After like ten minutes, when the shop assistant was supposedly in discussion with a manager, I was given a whole new set for free. So I ended up with seven boxes for the price of four. And let me tell you, Coop will earn those francs back, since I am now a very happy customer.
