Girls night out

Having 4 girls over for dinner tonight, and then we're hitting town. Except for one, I don't know these girls too well and I'm told they are not big drinkers. Hmmm. Let's see what happens after mozzarella&tomatoes&basil from the balcony, chili chicken-wings and large salad and a lemon cake from the bakery + plenty of fizzy wine, white wine and dessert wine. Think I can get them to let their hair down a bit?
