Why is it that shops still advertise and sell stuff for 1.95, 9.95, and 14.95? Do they think that people are stupid? Plus I hate these 5-rappen coins. Take them away and round it up for chriss' sake.

Even when I bought my fabulous "cat-tree", which btw was set down 100 francs! Had I bought it 2 weeks earlier when I first saw it, I would've been a loser. Now it was "only" 299 instead of 399. But still. Do they think I do not understand that 299 is like 300 and 399 like 400?

Perhaps it's why I just bought the shelf. It was 900. Even.
