Not entirely sure why they have chosen to have goats and sheep at the main train station here in Zürich, but since I saw something about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Animal_DayI suppose that's the reason. Was just a little surprised, but then again, this summer they had camels in town so why not?

after reading this I had to check out station website to see what they were up to. Apparently you could donate money for 'animal happiness', but a featured event was 'Dog dancing' and I had to wonder whether dancing would make dogs happy?
Doubt it, but I'm sure it made people happy. My limited experience of dogs is that they are at the happiest when they get fed, but what do I know? I'm a cat person.
