hmm, thats not your terrace is it? I'm not sure I'd be too happy if that was my terrace with the exit point of someone else smoke, or is that chimney thing higher than it looks?

Terrace from flat above, and it is high enough. Also in the corner of their very large terrace, so sure it won't bother them.
