Skype sound

Friend of mine called today to check on my status after recent events. On the old-fashioned phone. Since we last time talked about the "new" invention Skype I suggested that we'd do that instead. For free and you get a pic to go with. After having problems with the set-up (from her side), me thinking how friggin difficult can it be, I realized that I had not put my sound on. So she could hear me, but I couldn't hear her. Which led me to believe the fault was entirely on her side. These technology "idiots". And then it turned out to be my mistake. Oops. Sorry friend.
