No blue dress

I'm having a couple of parties this year, for which I need a nice evening gown. Friend of mine offered to lend me hers. Nice and blue, long and elegant. Just too bad it didn't fit cause of my boobs. Wonder which is more expense, a breast reduction op or a new dress?
