I am not the best cook in the world, far from actually, but one thing I do pretty well is a cheese pie. The trick is to put more cheese in there than the recipe says. I have found that Gruyere, mozzarella and parmesan work really well together.
Some muscot, black pepper and of course the eggs and cream, and voila, a dish worthy a good friend. Who is coming tomorrow, but I was preparing already today, and whaddayaknow, a large piece is already gone.
