Dinner
Had a lovely dinner this evening. Gravlax from IKEA, a sauce I did all by myself, boiled dill potatoes, hardboiled eggs and a salad. It was delish if I may say so myself. On request this is the recipe for the sauce:
3 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white peppar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 dl chopped dill
1 dl olive oil
I added some water to make the sauce a bit less stuffy but that's optional.
