Fish
Ok, realized I wasn't really fair to todays dinner guest, since he is one of the few never complaining. He's always a pleasure to invite, since he is appreciative of all food. But IF he says something today I will smile :)
Menu:
2 filets of halibut. A little salt, parsley (couldn't find dill in Migros...sold out?), thin tomato slices and shrimps. Spread it out on the filet and gently roll the filet (don't crush the topping). Olive oil on a piece of aluminium foil, then put the fish on top and close the foil. Normally I would use butter, but in those days of the Beach-2007 project olive oil is better. Guest can have butter as extra :)
To be served with boiled potatoes and broccoli. A lemon on the side.
Sounds yum, doesn't it?
Had only one piece of Wasa original with ham and tomato for lunch, but was so hungry at 4pm so had to have another one. Early dinner at six. Mmmm...
