Before the diet

I have noticed that I already have started to think more about food than ever before. And I haven't even started the diet yet :) Think the best thing before the diet is that you (I in this case) allow yourself to eat just about everything. Especially sweets and stuff left at home, because on Monday there can be no goodies in the house. It's all about avoiding temptation. Wish me luck!
