Against my will I'm getting hooked on this series too. At first I had such trouble looking at whathisname who used to play the moron in Blackadder, and actually finding him kinda sexy. I then discovered the sense of humour. He really is taking sarcasm to new levels. Hat off. Bedside manner? Nah. Listening to authority? Absolutely not. Following his instincts...yes. My kinda guy :)
