Jealousy

In one day I had three comments about my little boat. First one from flatmate who has told his colleagues about his landlady who has a boat. Apparently they think that I am constantly clad in a fur coat and walk a poodle. Ok, so I do have a fur coat but unless I put a leash on flatmate I do not have a dog. Second, mr witty was giving me shit about owning a boat. Told him that having a car is much more expensive, but also much less cool :) Third, was talking to Bro about going to this expensive restaurant and suggested we go by boat (which I heard is possible to park outside). His answer? Yes, but won't it be dark when we go back? Reading between the lines he's worried I'd be too drunk. Told him that won't be a problem. I am fantastically good in parking the boat. Actually I don't even know if I can do it sober...mental note...must try that next summer :)
