Yesterday when having a boat lesson my phone rang. Again. Ignored it and got a voice mail. In friggin Swiss german. Didn't understand one word (well not enough to understand what it was about). Thanks for number display. Looked it up (http://www.directories.ch/) when I got home and it was my boat school. Called back. They wanted to ask me if I wanted an extra lesson. On Saturday. Said that I unfortunately have a theory lesson the whole day, and cannot make it. Thinking: you should know, since it's your company. Guess it's like one of the boat teachers said: the school is consisting of amateurs who do this for fun. Computers? Ever heard of it :) ??
