Rabbit
Rabbit is quite often on the menu here in Switzerland, and I have come to like it. Been told by an older relative back in Scandinavia that rabbit was eaten a lot during the WWII due to food shortage.
But I like it, and will cook it today. For you who hasn't tasted it, it's kinda like a mix between chicken and pork.
