Austrians

Like the Swiss Austrians are the mini-version of Germans. Only less formal. They still have the inferiority complex of being the smaller country, living in the shadow of the overwhelming 82M+ of Germans but I think they stand up well. However, they are more like the Germans than they would like to think. I think. Just as process-oriented. Brainstorming is not a big thing. They are a bit like the nicer version of Germans. Less formal and less organized. And they like to party. That's good enough for me :)
