SBN has this thing as I mentioned before that he cleanes the dishes manually. What I failed to mention was that once done, he leaves them. I actually don't think it takes 4 days for a plate to dry, but flexible as I am I haven't commented on it. I should have, because if I don't it's finally become an issue. So did. Yeah, great idea to bring it up when being a bit "on-the-go" (suppose some people would call it drunk :). This is the view I'm usually met with in the kitchen.
