House buying

Got a friend who's in the market to buy a house. Amazing that something that I only a year ago would have just faked an interest in, now really perks me up. I want to know everything, location, when was it built, what type of design, is there a terrace or a garden, cost, renovation need, how many floors, open fire, kitchen standard etc etc. It's funny how one changes.
