Unfair

I've been thinking about this thing of getting old. Why is it that men usually age better? Ok, so statistically they don't get as old as women, but they die looking better. Or is it because I'm hetero, and have a better eye for men than women?

Am I totally wrong on this subject? I can actually name a few people where the opposite applies, but in general? Could I be right?

Think I'm onto something here.

Sometimes I think if you feel negative about something, you seek out the opposite and can at times ignore that there is not such an imbalance as one might think. Self limiting belief. In truth I think lifestyle and diet ave a powerful I pact on appearance. Also I suppose men's skin is thicker, could this help protect and preserve men's skin from the sun?

I suppose you mean men have thicker skin literally :).

hehehehe. Absolutely not!! :-) I know so many men....including myself...who are complete softie's! Naa....they say that the epidermal layer on a mans face is thicker....and therefore is a greater protection barrier against the elements. I don't know. Still....you get out of something what you put in....so if you look after yourself and your skin.....it should help to delay aging. Then again...some people look so much more beautiful/handsome older in my opinion....e.g. Meryl Streep...George Clooney...
