I am amazed. Rosemary seems to have the survival instincts of a cockroach. I left it all winter on the balcony, didn't water it or do anything and see how it looks...impressive is the word.

but what can you do with all that rosemary?
Use it for cooking, ever heard of rosemary potatoes? Well, I don't eat potatoes for the moment but rosemary can be used to flavour other things too. Delish!
