100 years old

Love it when I can correct Swiss people. In German. Had a chat today with a friend, who also was offered a grapevine. He told me excitedly that the vine was 100 years old. I took great pleasure in telling him that no, it isn't necessarily 100 years old, but it can be (with a lot of luck and when there are 3 Fridays in a week type-of-thing). Sometimes I feel so good about ze German language :)
