Neck

Somehow I have managed to strain a muscle on the right side of my neck. It is very painful, and I cannot move my head at all without getting a stabbing pain. Last night I managed to fall asleep, but woke myself up when I moved. Finally at three last night I gave up and took a painkiller. It is just as bad today. I feel sorry for myself :(
