What was I thinking? A few weeks ago I visited the Zürich cancer fund, and they told me about a new project in Winterthur, involving a meeting place for people affected by cancer.
The brochure they had was only in German, and I might have volunteered to help them translate it into English.
Had a go at it yesterday, and realized how very very very different those languages are. I can read German without much problems these days, but the sentence structure is so far from English, you cannot imagine.
So really, what was I thinking? Neither of these languages are my mother tongue. Help!
