Talking about cancer, in my research for noble causes I contacted the cancer "league" here in Switzerland to ask for a meeting.

For them I have a couple of questions. First of all, if I give them my full name and address are they gonna send me begging letters 4 times a year, like Doctors without borders do? Happened to give money to them re Haiti, and very soon the stamps will have eaten up my donation.

Second, after having gazillions of money for cancer research from since I was born, ok, maybe not so many years, but still, why can they not cure cancer?
