I dunno know about all these electronic gadgets. Today I was spinbiking at home for half an hour, and the bike said I had burned a little over 300 calories, whereas my step counter said 60. The discrepancy is too large to believe any of them.
And I don't trust my body either. The other day I was out walking more than two hours, ate normal and the next day I had gained half a kilo. That simply doesn't make any sense.
So all of a sudden I am 4 kg's away from my goal weight, when I was 2.7 kg's away a week ago. And that without munching down a lot of food, or doing anything differently.
I am disappointed!
