Some time ago there was a robbery in the shop where I go several times a week. However, I am impressed the way Denner is dealing with the issue. They have now placed a security guard there every evening as a precaution.
I think this is a good idea, at least for a period of time, in order to make the personnel feel more secure and to prevent this from happening again.
I know, in the end us customers have to pay for the service, but rather that, than having people getting stressed and be sick from fear.
