What a week it's been. Busy bee. So yesterday I had to cancel my usual outgoing. Was just toooo tired. Stayed home, watched some tv and had these, that kind friendgirl brought on Thursday.They are called Luxemburgerli's for some reason, even though I think they should be called Hamburgerli's. But I guess burgers as burgers.

..I had a thought...maybe they are called luxemburgerli because Luxemburg is a smaller-than-usual country and these are smaller-than-usual hamburgers. Or sandwhiches of some kind. Two of them look like burgers, but the others..not sure...chicken?

They are all sweets. Some crispy "burger bread" and cream inside. You should try next time you come visit!
