Ironing board
A little accident with the iron generated a brown triangle on my ironing board. Since I have the Rolls-Royce of ironing boards, being big and uneven in shape, I thought it would be a good idea to bring the cover to the shop in order to get a new cover in the right size.
Explaining this to 2 (!) people they both thought that I was gonna bring the whole ironing board to the shop. Do I have to work on my explanatory skills? Who in their right mind would bring a whole ironing board to the shop??

Surprisingly enough in English, and both of them are fluent!!
