Migros II

Have sent a request to Migros (re the neverending story of ironing board cover). Got an answer today, a week later. Basically saying how happy they were to be able to assist me. And how they hope they can help me. Proceeding to tell me to talk to customer service (well, where was I sending my request to then?), and that they are happy to be of further assistance, should that be required. Hmmm, yes. It would be actually, since they didn't answer any of my questions. Service? Nah, not in Switzerland...

WHAT is the PROBLEM with getting an ironing board cover in Zürich!?!?!?!

When I need one I go to big store (mixed groceries and non-food stuff) and buy one!

Is ironing a rare event in Switzerland?

YES! That's what a comment should be like...you're getting it now :)

Problem is the size of my ironing board...it's bigger than most (the Rolls Royce of ironing boards). And despite considerable efforts I haven't been able to find one big enough. Yet.
