Swiss etiquette

This is an oxymoron. Swiss people have none. In a way it's very endearing, because they don't do it to spite anybody, they just don't know better. I kinda like their way of being direct, but with life experience I've learned that being polite never hurts (unless you do it the English way, which is over the top). Also in writing, email for example, words come across differently. I should know. I blog. PS. Blog, ergo sum :)
