New Years Eve
Realized I haven't told you what happened on New Years Eve. Well, we had the raclette dinner at a friends place, together with some excellent wine from Patrick, the wine guy. As dessert we had white and brown chocolate mousse. Homemade...mmm.
We then ventured into town, in an overcrowded tram, together with thousands of other people in festive mood. Some quite drunk. Possibly we were among them :)
Unfortunately weather was a bit drizzly, and I have to admit that everytime I see fireworks I think of how many people could get food for the day for the cost of the rockets. But I guess fireworks is part of celebrating New Years Eve, and other people seemed to enjoy it.
Our party then split up for friends to go to a place where no women are allowed :)...and I took flatmate with me to my usual place. Normally I wouldn't have expected him to be that type of place person, but he really seemed to enjoy himself, dancing, chatting and drinking!
Annika's party-school, that's something for a future career :)

oh, poor annika. i will take you there as soon as ladies are welcome. bye the way, my boyfriend and myself were turned down twice in munich with the words: i am sorry guys - gays, but it is ladies night tonight, you might try it later in about an hour and then get in. my point on this: to bring the money later, gays are welcome - too bad. i know this would not happen if all the girls would be like you. lesbian do not consume enought that a bar can be run.
Saying that I learned in Switzerland: money doesn't smell!
they do not need to money which semlls ;-) let me know a bar in zurich, where you can get a beer for CHF 4.00, a glas of wine for CHF 5.00 and a gin & tonic / wodka redbull for CHF 8.00. i want to point out that the portions are really generous and no entrance is claimed.
Just too bad I'm not welcome then :)
