Leprosy?

I dunno what it is, but I have gotten some spots on my left arm. Could it be sun allergy? Never had before, but is weird. Looks funny though, when you try to take a pic of your own arm, and it ends up looking thick like a thigh.

But I got plenty of those little spots. Could it be leprosy?
