I had a dream

The other night I dreamt that I was doing my tax return, but I couldn't sign because my hand didn't cooperate. When I woke up I had been lying on my hand and it was totally numb. How weird is that? I don't even do my own tax return. And what does the dream mean? I would like to think it's not because I want to withhold taxes from the government (although the idea is not bad) but has a deeper meaning. I just don't know what.
