In my career I have attended a few leadership courses. In one of them we were asked to write a letter to ourselves (!), and the company giving the classes were to send it back to us some six months later. How stupid is that?

As I recall it I wrote something like "I find it really stupid to write a letter to myself".

At least it gave me a good laugh when I received it six months later.
