Paralyzed

Partial anaesthetics it is. Spoke a good twenty minutes to the doc today, and she explained the procedure and risks with full narcosis vs partial. 1 in 50,000 get a paralysis that can last, so I'm taking my chances. Even I cannot have that bad luck! And one good thing with partial is that I won't feel the pain up to an hour after the op. After that no guarantees.

Plus I get the opportunity to speak to the doc while he's doing the op. Which he might not appreciate ;).

And I get to go home a couple of hours after the op, not having to wait the five hours the information folder said. Great!
