Quality

I wonder if you get a hangover from cheap, bad wine only? We had quite a few glasses yesterday and I have felt fine the whole day. Could it be that quality pays off?

apparently this is true. I saw a show about it once. It has something to do with more (or less) something (tannins maybe?) that tend to be in cheap wine over expensive wine.

Yes, I have a vague memory about hearing this too. Only, will I pay 15-20 francs a bottle instead of 5??
