No lift for a while

So the cleaning was done until noon today, since the sofa delivery was to happen between 12 and 17 this afternoon. Guess what? It arrived at five.


And the not so careful guys broke our lift! Admittedly, it's an unusually sensitive lift and he must've come too close to the door while the lift was in motion, but still. And I'm pretty sure he forced part of the door open to get the package out. But not to worry, I have his name, number and company, in case this'll cost us too much.

And I'm impressed over the lift service, they arrived within half an hour of reporting the problem and are now busy trying to mend it. Had to laugh though when he saw the lift and burst out "scheisse". Exactly!

So how do you like my new sofa? Bet it'll look better assembled.
