Turned out to be a piece of cake to get rid of old flat. Today they phoned me from the maintenance company to say the Swiss guy will be approved and can have the flat. He is very very happy, and it's a nice feeling that it'll go to somebody who appreciates it. It's a good flat and a nice neighbourhood. Congrats to B!
