I find myself in the position that I must travel. Tomorrow I am to go all the way to Basel! Basel is the proud owner of two of the cantons in Switzerland, Basel-Land and Basel-Stadt. Fortunately I am to visit the latter.
Still, it's a two-hour trip away from safe Zürich. One way! If you don't see me blogging the next few days, pls let the (yummy) police know where to look for a corpse!

hmm, how on earth are you getting there? every time I went to Basel the train ride was easy under an hour, and I have done that train trip many a time.
It's door-to-door. Getting to the train station in Zürich, and from the Basel station to my friends place.
