On Friday I was invited to a birthday dinner by a friend who couldn't make it to my party. It was absolutely delish in a small restaurant, that was described as being romantic. I was almost afraid that my friend had turned hetero!
Anyway, with the bread served they had a fig butter that was fantastic. I gotta have to try this myself. Was told it was only butter, figs and balsamico dressing mixed. Yum!
Then we shared two starters with salad, goat cheese and other stuff. For main I had lamb with potato gratin. Can really recommend!
