Fresh lemons

The other day I got some fresh lemons from a friend, and that triggered my brain to come up with something to cook or bake. So far I've done a lemonzested chicken and some quite delicious, if I may say so myself, and I may since it's my blog, cookies.

Now thinking what I can do with the third. Nothing to waste is my middle name.
