Anno 1968

Was just talking to my jetlagged cousin on Skype. He spent the last few weeks in Florida where they have a flat. For some reason he had been looking at another flat which is on sale for a very reasonable price. What's amazing about this flat is that it was built in 1968, and still looks fabulous and modern. My cousin is competitive, and I think he just wants to say that there are bigger and cheaper flats out there, but my point is that I live in the best city in the world. Ok, so the flat is twice the size of mine, but in America! Who wants to live there?
